Eleven numbered clauses covering prices, who carries out the work, what cannot be known until the roof is open, and the limits of anything written here.

- Figures on this site are ranges, not offers. Every price shown across these pages is a 2026 budgeting band for Clarksville and the counties around it. None of them constitutes a quotation for your property, and none of them binds either side.
- The quotation is the written sheet. What you actually pay appears on an itemised written estimate handed to you after the roof has been inspected. It carries a validity period printed on its face, normally thirty days.
- Nothing becomes a contract until you approve it. We do not ask for a signature on the day of an inspection, and an estimator who pressed you for one would be acting outside how this business operates.
- What lies beneath the covering is genuinely unknown. Decking, framing and anything else under the existing roof cannot be assessed until that roof is lifted. This is why estimates carry a per-sheet decking rate rather than a decking total.
- Extra work gets shown to you first. Where the opened roof reveals something beyond the agreed scope, you see photographs of it and agree the additional cost before that work proceeds.
- Independent insured crews carry out the work. Clarksville Roof Co. arranges and manages roofing work performed by independent contractors carrying general liability and workers' compensation cover. The referral marketing disclosure sets out that arrangement plainly.
- Tennessee licensing has a threshold. A state contractor licence issued by the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors is required for projects of $25,000 and above, under the board's roofing classification. Any contractor's status, ours included, is searchable at verify.tn.gov. We will give you the name to search.
- Permits belong to the authority, not to us. Replacements and major repairs in Clarksville and Montgomery County are permitted through the Montgomery County Building Codes Department at $0.38 per square foot, minimum $25. We pull it before tear-off. Addresses in Christian, Robertson, Cheatham or Stewart County fall under those authorities instead, and we confirm which applies before starting.
- We are not your insurance company and not your adjuster. We document damage, write a scope and will stand on your roof alongside an adjuster. We do not negotiate claims, we do not issue coverage opinions, and your carrier alone decides your claim. Your deductible is your obligation under your policy and we will not absorb it.
- Payment and deposits. Repairs settle on completion by card, cheque or bank transfer. A replacement may carry a deposit stated on the estimate, with the balance falling due at completion. Large up-front cash demands are not how legitimate roofing works, here or anywhere.
- This website is general information. Nothing published here is a roof inspection, a structural opinion, a coverage determination or a permit ruling for your address. Fees, codes and policy wordings change; the relevant authority's current documents and your own declarations page govern. Roofs are dangerous and nothing here invites you onto one.
Anything unclear, ring (931) 410-6271 or write to hello@clarksvilleroofco.com and ask. We would rather answer a question before the work than argue about it afterwards.
